Here is the lowest elevation slice of the Franktown radar at 4:50 pm on September 21, 2018 featuring base reflectivity and velocity as the destructive Dunrobin-Mont Bleu tornado was touching down.
There is also another couplet near Arnprior, then I believe the other Quebec tornadoes occurred within couplets mixed into the heavier reflectivities in the rain shield at the northern end of the radar image.
